Description
It seems the pheasant is looking at the low-flying swallows.
The feathers of the pheasant are all depicted realistically, and the fluffed feathers at the base of the tail can make us feel the breeze in the air. The long tail itself is also depicted in close detail.
The color used for the ground is a bit unusual but in combination with the grasses is very beautiful. The gradation applied on the ground adds depth to the image.
