Description
A wren (‘misosazai’) - which appears to be singing - is perched on a hanging branch, while two snipe (‘shigi’) are hunting food in the reeds.
As the overall impression of the image is somewhat dark, it would have been monotonous without the blooming yellow flowers on the tree.
I can’t identify the name of the tree, and any suggestion is welcome. (S.I.)
