Description
This is a rare print by Hokkei of objects for the tea ceremony. We can see two teacups, with some beautiful and delicate blind-embossing, one decorated with a camellia, the other with some circular patterns, on a flat tray with decorated with cranes. A plain teapot is nestled behind them, and what appears to be a brazier for the teapot is on the right-hand side. This is a very elegant and scarce print - despite considerable searching we were unable to find any other copies of this print online.
