Almost every Time I asked Dave San to explain something about the printing process, He would mention Kubota San's skills, He would explain your methods and professionality and that helped me achieve better understanding for my own printmaking process, Thank you Kubota San

Thank you for the impeccable work you've produced over your lifetime. I've come to associate the kanji for "Kubota" with "perfection" after receiving each print you've done for Mokuhankan. Thank you so much for everything you produced for the world to enjoy.
Sincerely,
Cindy T.

This is from Nicky Roman, art student currently living in northern california. Your work has deeply inspired me even though I've never seen it in person, just on Dave's twitch streams. It's helped uplift me during hard times. Thank you for the beautiful contribution to the art world and being such a hardworking dedicated craftsman.

When I began to learn about the art of Japanese printmaking through Dave-san's channel, I eventually started to want to buy some copies of certain prints for myself. I began to hear about a great printer named Kubota-san, from Dave-san, who was always so excited and in awe of the prints that would come back from this craftsman, and how beautiful and professional they always were. So when I bought my first prints, all I wanted was to, hopefully, get some prints that were carved by Dave-san and printed by Kubota-san, but I had no way of knowing which prints fell into those categories. But I am very happy, lucky, fortunate, and grateful to say that I now have several prints carved by Dave-san and printed by Kubota-san. A dynamic duo of printmaking. You have touched thousands of lives all across the globe, Mr. Kubota. And we all thank you for your beautiful work and the legacy you have left for us. ❤️

Mr. Kubota, thank you for your immense contribution to bringing the wonders of Japanese woodblock prints to a worldwide audience. It seems to me that Mokuhankan would not have been able to achieve the level of success that it has without the great quality and volume of prints that you produced.

I thought your most recent work was really cool!! I played in Saitama in 2007 for an international soccer tournament all the way from Hawaii; I was born on Maui and grew up Surfing; unfortunately I'm locked away going to school in (Azkaban) but I hope to do my family proud and will share your artwork with my friends in Hawaii when I get back. I hope you're with family & loved ones.

Kubota-san - what a strange and unexpected pleasure it has been to watch Dave open packages of your finished prints for some time now, and an even greater pleasure to have a piece of your work in physical form. You are a treasure and your work has soothed a weary heart and mind time and time again. I wish you peace and love.
