Description: From the series "8 Views of the Eastern Capital".

Evening falls in Asakusa, and it is rush hour; a flurry of figures cross the bridge, and lights begin to be lit in the houses along the river. Sensōji temple (right near the Mokuhankan!) rises in the background. The ships and their owners appear much larger than the people and bridge to the right, suggesting they were emphasised for artistic effect.

There is a slight crease in the upper left corner of this print.
