Description: Very interesting print where Hiroshige shows his talent for interpreting a precise moment of nature and modernism in his designs. We can appreciate how the reflection of the full moon is multiplied on the rice fields of Sarashina in the province of Shinshu. We can see at least eight moons on the ground! The houses that rise on the edge of the cliff, the pines at the bottom of it as well as the peaks of the mountains in the background are the happy spectators of this interesting optical phenomenon.
