Description: This print is from Hiroshige's series 'Famous Places in the Sixty-odd Provinces,' showcasing scenic vistas from each of the 68 (sometimes cited as 66) provinces of Japan, including a print of Edo, the capital, and a contents page, for a total of 70 prints.

This print captures a scene in Hoki Province (modern-day western Tottori Prefecture). Amidst a rainy afternoon, rain-soaked peasants work the rice paddies, while Mount Daisen looms in the distance.

This version is a post-war reproduction from the Yuyudo Company.
