Description: This design depicts three sparrows perched on bamboo branches during winter. The snow is represented by the white of the paper, and only the black lines are printed, while the colors were added by brush. The scene is observed from an elevated viewpoint, with only the roof of a house shown.

One interesting and striking feature is the depiction of the birds and bamboo using black brushstrokes that emulate a painting technique. Despite the almost monochrome color palette, the composition is undeniably charming.
