Description: This print was intended to be mounted on an uchiwa (round fan). It depicts three yellow birds beneath chrysanthemum flowers: two captured in mid-flight and one perched on a branch. The vibrant reds, yellows, and pinks harmonize the entire design. It captures a dynamic moment of spring and showcases Kunisada’s talent for portraying realistic details through keen observation of nature.

This version is a reproduction published by the Adachi Company.

There is a small chiri (mulberry bark scraps) in the upper center. Also, there is a slight trace of glue removal at the top of the backside.
