Description: This unusual design depicts a horned owl holding a pipe in its beak while perched on a hoe, with a straw hat lying next to it on the floor. Sparrows are flying around, teasing the owl during the daytime when its vision is poor. The depiction of a bird holding a smoking pipe is a pictorial fabrication rather than a realistic observation of nature.

The design uses gold foil on the straw hat, adding a sparkling effect.
