Designer: Torii Kiyonaga Era: Mid Showa | Currency: $ / £ / € Price: Description: The print shows a procession of four figures, the leading one is dressed luxuriously with a white headdress and a red kimono. The other two female attendants following her are also dressed in light green kimonos, and at the end of the procession, we see a young boy attendant with a shaved head. There is no background, and judging by the hierarchical arrangement of the figures and the costumes, the print probably depicts a young daughter of a rich family with her servants, probably out for a walk. Kiyonaga pays special attention to the details of the costumes, the colors are vivid and the lines of the figures are delicate and expressive. A post-war reproduction by the Adachi Company.
