Description: 36 Views of Mt. Fuji is an extremely well-known series. What started as 36 works later grew to include a total of 46 images, containing some of the most recognizable works Hokusai ever designed. It was published c. 1830–1832.

Nihonbashi was the center of Edo, as the liveliness can be felt from the print. The Edo Castle and Mt Fuji in the center of the print gives an impression of dignity, in contrast.
