Description: This print is part of the series "Children’s Customs and Manners" (Kodomo Fuzoku) by Miyagawa Shuntei. The series consists of two sets of 24 prints, each illustrating children engaged in various activities—from seasonal and indoor/outdoor play to festive events and scenes of everyday life during the Meiji era.

Shuntei’s designs are distinguished by their detailed figures, featuring pale tones, soft brushwork, and a subtle color palette evoking a nostalgic view of childhood.

Two young girls are playing tag in front of a wooden entrance gate, a maple tree peeks out from behind the inside house garden.

This print is backed and has stains, foxing, and slight creases.
