Description: This print, from Hiroshige's series "One Hundred Famous Views of Edo" (1856-1858), which, despite its name, contains 118 prints, showcases a scene along the Kyobashi River.

Bamboo wholesalers congregated along the riverbanks, their stacks of bamboo towering high above them. A man on a small boat transports woven bamboo goods.

This version is a post-war reproduction from the Yuyudo Company.
