Description: This is a set of 28 senshafuda depicting Tokaido speciality with kyoku poem. Kyoku is humorous or ironical haiku, one type of fixed form verse which developed in the latter half of the early-modern period in Japan. The designer and year of production are unknown but they are wonderfully made to the details and the colors appear beautifully.

Originally, it appears to have been a set in an envelope, but the envelope was missing when we obtained this item. We put the prints in a folder for easy viewing and storage.

The displayed dimension is each print size.
