Description: This print is part of Hokusai’s '100 Views of Mount Fuji', originally designed as one page of a black and white book, later issued as this single print, 'colourized' by the craftsmen of the Takamizawa Company.

The numerous swirling clouds produced by the dragon’s tremendous power enhance the strength of its movement. Is the dragon fascinated and does it want to climb the mountain?

This print has slight creases. Our sharp top-light has made the waviness stand out vividly; it's actually not quite so disruptive ... Also, there are a few marks at the bottom margin.
