Description: 36 Views of Mt. Fuji is an extremely well-known series. What started as 36 works later grew to include a total of 46 images, containing some of the most recognizable works Hokusai ever designed. It was published c. 1830–1832.

When you look into this print closely, you might hear two sounds, the rustling of the grass caused by the ascending herons and the water that is poured into the lake by the man washing his rice. Other than that, this print gives a quiet and calm impression.

This particular print is a post-war reproduction by the Takamizawa Company.
