What started as 36 works later grew to include a total of 46 images, containing some of the most recognizable works Hokusai ever designed. It was published c. 1830–1832. The print depicts green rice fields extending until the skirts of Mount Fuji visible far away behind the tree in the foreground. The invisible wind is drawn - strong winds snatch the tissue papers from the pocket of a hooded woman and send several sheets flying high into the sky. Everyone holds down their hats tightly. There are two kinds of prints for this picture, one with a predominant bluish shade and the other with a green one. It is believed that the bluish prints are earlier ones. This particular print is a post-war reproduction by the Takamizawa Company. This print has slight creases.
