A fairly unusual feature of this design is the small lettering at top right, which is advertising text stating: "The well-known face powder Bien Senjo-ko, produced by Sakamoto, adds to the beauty of beautiful women". 'Product placement' in the media has been around for a long time, it seems!

This print is a post-war reproduction by the Adachi Company.
