Description: A print depicting the Nihon Embankment at Yoshiwara, from Hiroshige's "One Hundred Famous Views of Edo (Meisho Edo Hyakkei)" series.

The embankment is still there, although these days it is surrounded by many buildings, and the pathway itself has become a long thin park winding through the district.

Many bokashi gradations are used across the print.

This particular print is a post-war reproduction from the Yamada Shoin Company.

There are slight creases in the upper part and slight spots in the lower left part of this print.
