Description: From the series of Eight Views of Kanazawa. The Kanazawa area (now Kanazawa Ward, Yokohama City, Kanagawa Prefecture) was once a scenic area with scenic coves, and the "Eight Views of Kanazawa" is a theme depicted by many ukiyo-e artists, most notably Hiroshige's series.

It depicts Koizumi centered on the east side of Teko Shrine in Kamariya. The rain depicted in diagonal lines often appears in Hiroshige's works, and the thickness and angle of the rain lines are slightly different in each work, showing his ingenuity in expression.

This particular print is a post-war reproduction by Yuyudo.
