Description: This print is from the set 'Kacho Fugetsu (Beauties of Nature)' which consists of 20 Hiroshige design prints in ōtanzaku format published by Yuyudo in the 1970s, produced by the best engravers and printers at that time.

We have no idea if Hiroshige ever saw a creature like this in real life ... so perhaps we can excuse him for the slightly 'original' take he has brought to the image ...
