Description: This is one of the "Selected Masterpieces of Japanese Ink Brush Painting" (日本水墨画名作撰) published by Tanseisha probably in the 1970s or 1980s. The original ink brush paintings, which express the depth of nature in a world of limited ink colors, were turned into woodblock prints with 85 to 90 impressions by master printers using antique Nara ink (black, blue, and brown).

In the middle of some rocky mountains and between some lakes among, we can perceive some traditional tea houses with their porch open. Some people are outside admiring the landscape. Faraway behind, some more mountains, and we cannot distinguish anymore where the water ends and the sky begins ...

There are slight creases on the left corners and a small spot in the upper area of this print.
