A scene from 'The Tale of the Heike' where the great archer Minamoto Yorimasa is crouching with his bow by his side. He is looking up to the sky watching the approach of a fantastic monster that had been attacking the imperial palace and bothering the emperor, so he killed the beast with one shot of his arrow. The crescent moon is evoked by the shape of the bow stretched by a string. This print is backed and has toning. But they are in good condition overall for their age remaining nice color.
