Description: This print is a post-war reproduction of a design that originated in the era before full-colour printing had become well established, and colors were hand-painted over a woodblock printed black outline. In imitation of the original, this reproduction was made the same way.

Metallic powders have also been applied on various places of her kimono pattern. One suspects that this might have been quite an expensive production, back in the day ...

There are a few small foxing spots and chiri (mulberry bark scraps) on this print.
