Description: This print is from the set 'Kacho Fugetsu (Beauties of Nature)' which consists of 20 Hiroshige design prints in ōtanzaku format published by Yuyudo in the 1970s, produced by the best engravers and printers at that time.

The crane's single-legged feet and downward-facing beak are in parallel, creating a subtle harmony with the waves lapping against it from the side. The simple and cheerful atmosphere seems to be a happy omen of good things to come.
