Designer: Utagawa Kuniyoshi Era: Pre-war | Currency: $ / £ / € Price: ![]() Description: This print is included in a set of 50 prints called "Ukiyo Ekagami," a collection of various artists and genres, which was probably a reproduction in the pre-war period. This print shows two women inside a boat gathering seaweed along the edge of a marsh. The scene takes place in Omori a southern region of Edo. In the background, we can appreciate a nice sunrise beneath a serene blue sky with some clouds that look almost like smoke going up. There are a few small mulberry bark scraps in the upper part and are small marks in the margins of this print.
