Description: This diptych is showing a scene from a kabuki play related to the Sanzu-no-Kawa (三途の川, lit. "River of Three Crossings", or the "Sanzu River"). It is a mythological river in the Japanese Buddhist tradition. The river is said to be located at the boundary that separates this shore (this world) and the other shore (the other world).

The displayed dimension is each print size.


These prints have a chip, creases, toning, and soiling. They are in good condition overall for their age remaining nice color.
