Description: This print is from the series, 日本木版画粋 (Masterpieces of Japanese Woodblock Prints), a collection of reproductions of various themes and designs published around 1924. The print quality is excellent (for most of the prints) and there are almost no traces of baren on the back, so we assume that it was at least partially machine printed.

The print depicts a woman wearing an orange kimono who is climbing on top of a man with a sword. The man seems to be helping her reach the branches of a cherry tree. She is grabbing the branches with a relaxed bearing. On the other hand, the man seems to be more worried about her as he is crawling and turning his head towards her to check if she is alright.

There are a few slight creases at the bottom right of this print.
