Description: According to the foreword, this book is one of a two-volume collection of Japanese confectionery design catalogs published in 1930, which were carefully selected from several hundred designs submitted by members of the National Confectioners' Association.

It contains 25 designs in this volume. The left-hand page of the spread shows beautiful woodblock-printed designs, while the right-hand page contains information about the exhibitors and descriptions of the confections. As this is an old book, there are some soiling, foxing, and other damages, but the colors of the woodblock prints remain vivid.
