Eisen is noted for his depictions of the ladies of the quarter, and here he conveys a courtesan lost in thought leaning against the lattice of a bay window. This particular print is a post-war reproduction by Yamada Shoin. There is a slight crease at the bottom right corner of this print. Also, there are traces of removal of glue on the backside.
