Description: This is a group of 5 woodblock prints (from an original set of six), produced by the Takamizawa company in the early post-war period, following designs from Kano Chikanobu.

The original product sold by Takamizawa included six prints, mounted on 'shikishi-ban' boards, along with a hanging scroll with 'swap out' capability. (The scroll - and missing print - are presumably still hanging on somebody's wall somewhere ... separated forever from the other members of the set).

The displayed dimension is each print size.

"White Plum"

There are some foxing spots on this print:

An example of the backside of the print. The print is matted on the backing board and has a seal of Takamizawa company on the bottom left corner.

"Narcissus" There are slight foxing spots in the upper part of this print.

Also, there are a few minor scratches at the bottom left edges.

"Mountain Cherry Tree" There are slight foxing spots at the bottom part of this print.

”Hazy Moon"

The top left corner is a little creased:

The backside of the box. There are tears at the corners of the lid of the box.
