This is from a series "風流七ツ目繪合" (An Elegant Series of Amulet Paintings), created based on the popular belief at that time that good luck would come if you have a painting of the combination of your own zodiac sign and the zodiac sign that comes seventh after it. A woman in a yukata (Japanese cotton kimono) is elegantly depicted holding a fan with a rabbit picture on it, along with a rooster in the upper left corner, the seventh zodiac sign after the rabbit.
