Karuizawa is one of the best-known in the series as the first station on the ancient highway. It skillfully depicts a mundane scene of a traveler and horse drivers lighting their tobacco pipes in a rural farming village. This particular edition was produced by Takamizawa Company in the 1970s. This reproduction is at a slightly smaller dimension than the original. There are a few marks at the bottom left margin of this print.
