The collection "Meiji no Onna" (Women of Meiji) was published in 1977 by Soudosha, and most of the designs were being reproduced for the first time. This is from the series 'Azuma Fuzoku Nenju Gyoji' (Customs and Manners of Yearly Events at Eastern Capital). In May, at the iris garden in full bloom, a woman seems to enjoy walking.
