Designer: Hashiguchi Goyo Era: Late Showa | Currency: $ / £ / € Price: Description: This is the Yuyudo version of one of a group of well-known Goyo designs produced in the mid-Showa period (most of them in the 1980s). (The Tanseisha Company also made a version of this same design). This print depicts a woman in loose kimono sitting on a cushion in front of the mirror. The sheer kimono texture and the skin showing through it are well expressed. The background to this one is done with pale gold mica. There is a slight tear on the left margin of this print but it is in excellent condition overall.
