Description: A beautiful woodblock-printed postcard probably published for foreign tourists in the 1950s, featuring a sightseeing spot in Kyoto. This print is titled "Snowy Mount Wakakusa" (雪景若草山). The use of space and simple illustrations give a modern feel to the image.

Note: unlike some of the other prints of this type that we currently have in the catalogue, this one is not mounted on a postcard. There are some marks on the edges.
