Description: A beautiful woodblock-printed postcard probably published for foreign tourists in the 1950s, featuring a sightseeing spot in Kyoto. This print is titled "Ginkakuji Temple" (銀閣寺). The shades of blue are used beautifully in this print - the pond, the trees covered in snow, and the sky.

Note: unlike some of the other prints of this type that we currently have in the catalogue, this one is not mounted on a postcard.
