Description: This print is also known as "Evening Cherry Blossoms at Goten-yama" (Goten-yama no yûzakura), and is from the "Famous Places in the Eastern Capital" (Tôto meisho) series by Hiroshige. The original print was made in the 1830s, although this particular print is a post-war reproduction.

A man stops at the top of a riverbank to gaze up at the cherry blossoms, while fishing boats in the background return home after a long day at work. A flock of geese descends from the sky in the distance.

Bokashi gradation has been used in several places, giving depth and perspective to the print.
