Description: A diptych - but in an unusual format ... vertical. When combined, the two prints show a scene of courtesans (with drum and shamisen at hand) gesturing down to the street, where a young man walks by with a bundle of fans.

The designer Kiyonaga has 'hidden' his name in the fan of the woman leaning over the balcony.

The two prints are not joined together; the dimension listed is for each one singly. The price is for the pair.
