Well, Dave Congratulations, this is truly terrific opportunity for the growth of your catalog, how will you and the staff keep up with the amount of work ! Are the block owners willing to go into a long partnership and perhaps eventually turning the blocks over ?

The owners are elderly ... and have no children. Your guess is as good as mine as to where this will all end up!
