Description: The artist, Hasegawa Gonjiro (b. 1921), is a Japanese painter from Niigata Prefecture. He primarily focused on landscapes, and his work is characterized by delicate details and a unique sense of color.

While the publication details remain unknown, the size and artist suggest it was likely issued by Okina Co., Ltd. This stationery and paper product manufacturer produced shikishi-sized (square-shaped) woodblock prints based on original paintings by prominent Japanese artists between the 1970s and 1990s.
