Designer: Ando Hiroshige Era: Post-war | Currency: $ / £ / € Price: ¥ 15,000$ 105.00£ 78.50€ 92.00   Description: 'Suda Ferry' (in Japanese: 'Suda no watashi'), is a design from the series 'Famous Views of the Eastern Capital in a Fashionable New Form' ('Furyu shinkei toto meisho'). It was originally carved on the left side of a block, with a design called 'Gotenyama' on the right side of the same block. After printing, the paper would be cut in half, resulting in 2 separate prints. You can see the original image on the MFA website. This version is a post-war reproduction by the Uchida Company.
