Description: Nakagawa Koyo is mostly known for his kacho-ga (nature designs) during the 1930’s. His paintings were changed into mokuhanga designs and in 1930 a set of these prints was published. This set included 26 designs, including this one. A java sparrow is sitting on a cherry tree branch, surrounded by blossoms, in front of a pink background.

This print has some foxing and the top edge of the paper is slightly bent.
