Description: A wonderful reproduction in the woodblock medium of an original painting from the Kano School. This was produced in 1983 by the Kyoto publisher Tanseisha, and is one of a set of similar editions they produced at that time.

The prints are on a large scale, and took a very large number of blocks to make. This one is listed in their catalogue at 70 printing impressions. The carving team was led by Uetani Sadao, and the printers by Yoneda Kurazo.
