Description: Hokusai skillfully depicts characteristics of famous (and one or two not-so-famous) waterfalls of Japan. They are in a vertical format and feature at least one human figure, giving the approximate scale of each waterfall. Striking Prussian blue pigment, new to Japan when Hokusai was designing these prints, was used in each illustration, drawing viewers' attention straight to the thundering falls.

This version is a reproduction by the Adachi Company in c.1972. There is a Japanese and English index explanation.

Amida Waterfall (#7): Slight Foxing.
Each print has an Adachi seal on the back.
