Description: Tokuriki Tomikichiro (1902-2000) was a printmaker born in Kyoto. He began his woodblock printing career around 1929 and went on to found the "Matsukyu" printmaking studio after the Second World War, where he trained apprentices. A central figure in the Kyoto Creative Print Movement, he was known for his unique approach of even mass-producing works using the traditional ukiyo-e method.

It depicts Okama in Zao, a crater lake surrounded by mountains between Miyagi and Yamagata prefectures. It was named after its shape resembling a kettle, and is also called the "Five-Color Lake" because it changes color depending on the sunlight, from deep green to blue.

This edition is limited to 300 copies, first edition, each numbered and signed by the artist.
