Description: Mukai Junkichi (1901–1995) was a renowned Japanese oil painter, best known for his designs of traditional Japanese folk houses. While he mainly focussed on thatched-roof houses in Japan, he also painted rural landscapes.

This print depicts a house near a lake in Kanawa prefecture, with some mountains in the distance. As the title suggests, there is a large olive tree, in front of the house, as well as a cow.

This print is published by Unsodo.
