Full House! All four of the printing stations in the Asakusa workroom (up on the 3rd floor of the shop) were busy yesterday. Our printers work on a flextime schedule, coming and going as they please, so it’s not actually so common to have them all here at the same time. Ayumi-san at the back left is working on a large Hasui print, Suga-san - across from her - is doing Yokai prints, as is Ishikawa-san to her right. And just inside the door at the left is ‘guest printer’ John Amoss, from the University of North Georgia. He’s here for a few weeks to ‘steal’ as much of our know-how as he can, while he works on some of his own prints.
