I have good news and bad news today … The good news is that Ayumi-san is coming along very well with the next print from old Doi Hanga blocks. As you can see, it’s an image of the famous shrine down at Miyajima, on the Inland Sea, and was produced by Koitsu back in the pre-war period. The bad news - is it bad news? - is that our shop has been so busy this past week that I have had no chance at all to get up there and catch any video of her working on this one, so there won’t be a YouTube display of the colour progression this time …

Hmm … so perhaps as a ‘consolation prize’, I should get busy with David’s Choice episode #2 … I wonder if I can possibly find something to talk about ...
